About your invoice

We let you choose how you prefer to receive your electricity bill. Register with “autogiro” if you would like your payment to be debited automatically from your bank account. If you would prefer your bill to be sent to your Internet bank, then choose e-billing. If you do not make a choice, a paper bill will be sent to your home address.

If you are both a network customer and an electricity supply customer with us, you can get your total electricity costs on the same invoice. Otherwise you will receive two different bills.

For what and to whom will I pay?

You will pay the network operator for the operation and maintenance of the power grid. This is made up of a fixed charge and a flexible charge which reflects your electricity consumption. You will pay the electricity supplier for the electricity that you use – a variable or fixed price per kilowatt-hour, depending on which electricity contract you have chosen. In addition you will pay VAT and energy tax to the Swedish state, which comprises about 40 per cent of your total electricity costs.
